After years of working as a graphic designer in various environments, I grew tired of seeing employees (including myself) thrown into roles with little to no training—and still expected to perform at a high level. In 2020, I was given the opportunity to design a new hire training program while working with the Department of Homeland Security. That experience changed everything. I realized I didn’t just want to make things look good—I wanted to make them work.
I design with the learner in mind: the new hire who’s anxious on day one, the busy team lead trying to stay afloat, or the employee juggling work and real life who deserves training that respects their time.
My goal is always to help someone walk away from a training with more confidence and less confusion. I believe that learning doesn’t have to be complicated or corporate—it just has to make sense.
I’ve combined my background in visual communication with my passion for learning strategy to create practical, human-centered training. My career has spanned over various industries including government, creative agencies, industrial , financial, and tech.
Across each space, I have developed training that blends strong instructional strategy with clear, engaging visuals—from eLearning and ILT to simulations, job aids, and soft skills courses.
