These are the terms and conditions that you agree to by commissioning me, as of May 12, 2022. This may change in the future, and apply to any orders following that date.

By commissioning me, you are automatically stating you have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions stated below. Violating any of these terms will result in you being blacklisted from future commissions.

1. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason, without explanation.

2. All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated. 

3. I do not work with deadlines, unless negotiated beforehand. Contact me if I take longer than 3 months. 

4. You will receive a refund in full if I refuse your commission. If you request a refund after I have started working, we will negotiate a partial refund. No refunds if the piece is finished.

5. I only allow revisions during the sketch stage, and I will send you images to approve before I proceed.

6. Detailed commissions may require fees that we will negotiate on a case-by-case basis.

7. I only work in my own style, and will not mimic others.

8. Please ask before posting or re-posting any of my work. Any posting, with permission, must be properly credited back to me.

9. If I draw something for you, I have the right to use it as I like, which includes posting it to my other social media sites, as well as removing it from them.

10. I reserve the right to ask you to remove my work from any online spaces if I feel that it is necessary.

frequently asked questions

How does this work?

First, you send me the completed commission form via email and I will accept, or reject your order. Then, I will send you a Paypal invoice. 

I only start working after receiving FULL payment. No exceptions. 

When I have a sketch ready, I will send a screenshot of it to you for approval. You might approve it right away, otherwise let me know exactly what you want changed, and I'll send you the revised sketch. In general, I'm pretty flexible to whatever changes you need, within the parameters of the commission type. After you approve the sketch, I will not make any more MAJOR changes (ex. composition, pose, etc.). 

Should you request further updates, I will provide you some. Otherwise, I will finish the piece, and send a screenshot of it to you for one last check. Here, you can request minor changes, but know that I can refuse to do anything I feel is too drastic.

Once you've checked it over and we've made any revisions necessary, I will send you the full-size image via email.

How long will it take?

As art commissions are not my primary source of income and something I do as a passion project and for extra funds, they do not take first priority in my life, and it may take me some time depending on the other obligations I have in my life. Turnaround can range from anywhere between a week, and three months, so please understand this before you commission me.

What size will the image be?

If you do not have a specific size in mind, I usually use 2500x2500 as a starting point, and it might become bigger or smaller as the image progresses. If you have something in mind (ex. square icon, phone wallpaper, desktop wallpaper) please tell me this in your order so I can make sure to work within those proportions.

What might incur fees?

In the past, I've mostly charged extra for detailed orders. Chances are, if you feel like the character design or background or concept you're requesting is detailed, it probably is. I will always inform you if I would like to charge for details and give you the USD amount that I decide for each case, and you are free to counter, or to simplify your request. 

Other fees might come from extra elements in the image such as pets, larger animals, architecture, etc. Feel free to ask and send images so I can get a better idea!

What are you willing to draw? What do you refuse to draw?

I will not draw:

• furries

• cars and other vehicles

• graphic horror/violent imagery

I'd draw most things, but some may incur fees, including items such as:

• guns

• mechas

• complex linear perspective/architecture

• most animals

Ask me about NSFW commissions-- I may accept them, but I will be picky.

I reserve the right to refuse any order I do not feel comfortable with, without offering an explanation. If you have any ideas you aren't sure about, please feel free to ask.

Can I be notified the next time you open commissions?
