I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Algorithmic Alignment Group at MIT.

I am interested in three Ms: minds, machines, and morality. I wrote my PhD thesis on how to build nice robots. Currently, I focus on developing AI systems to better reflect the rich complexity of human values and thought. I also make music.
