Responsibilities
As a professional detailer, your responsibilities will include:
Performing interior and exterior detailing services to company standards.
Properly washing, drying, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles.
Using tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and correctly.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
Inspecting vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Representing the company professionally at all job sites.
Expectations & Work Ethic
This role is hands-on and detail-oriented. It is not “easy money” and it is not rushed work.
We expect:
Strong attention to detail.
Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with your hands for extended periods of time.
Willingness to learn and improve skills continuously.
Accountability — owning mistakes, correcting them, and learning from them moving forward. You are expected to make mistakes and that is all a part of it.
Respect for customers, coworkers, and company property.
A positive, professional attitude.
Reliability is non-negotiable. If you say you’ll be there, we expect you to be there.

Experience & Skills
Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required
We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Ability to lift and carry at least 60 pounds.
