I liked all activities in this course. Beril is a devoted and nice teacher, highly creative. Her feedback was important for me as a teacher and as a human being because she presented relevant videos and activities such as: (1) "Draw your future", (2) Good conversations, (3) Elevator speech, (4) The marschmallow challenge, (5) Working in teams. We also recorded two videos. In my case they were about transformational leadership in educational organizations.

She also gave us very interesting and relevants tools and websites to improve our listening and speaking skills.

Because of her commitment, creativity, and devotion this course will be memorable.

My SMART GOALS and action plan

Goal 1

Goal 1. To improve my speaking skills through the enhancement of my pronunciation, learning 5 words difficult to pronounce, daily by using MySciLearn Platform.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE GOAL 1

1. To identify 5 words difficult to pronounce

2. To speak loudly recording each word to see the correctness of my pronunciation.

3. To achieve a better pronunciation of 5 words according to the Sci Learn platform.

GOAL 2

Goal 2. To enhance my listening skills, testing my understanding through a listening software (Scilearn), achieving 90% of success.

ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE GOAL 2

1. To find relevant paragraphs to listen

2. To listen to each paragraph once

3. To determine my understanding of each paragraph by answering correctly a short quiz

4. To listen again to figure out where was my fault.

5. To reflect on my learning
