การเชิญบอทเข้าสู่เซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือการใช้งานบอท ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม

ผู้ใช้ตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้บอทของเราเพื่อ:

• กระทำการที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือสนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายทุกประเภท

• ละเมิดกฎของ Discord หรือข้อกำหนดการให้บริการของ Discord

• สแปมข้อความ คำสั่ง หรือรบกวนการทำงานของระบบ

• สร้างความเดือดร้อน รำคาญ คุกคาม หรือกลั่นแกล้งผู้อื่น

• ใช้บอทเพื่อหลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง หรือเจตนาประสงค์ร้าย

• พยายามเจาะระบบ แก้ไข ดัดแปลง หรือใช้ช่องโหว่ของบอทโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

• ใช้งานบอทในลักษณะที่ส่งผลเสียต่อผู้ใช้อื่น ชุมชน หรือระบบของเรา

2. สิทธิ์ในการระงับการใช้งาน

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัด ระงับ หรือแบนการใช้งานบอทของผู้ใช้หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ใด ๆ หากพบว่ามีการละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3. บริการพรีเมียมและการชำระเงิน 

• การสมัครใช้งานระบบ Premium เป็นการสนับสนุนเพื่อปลดล็อกฟีเจอร์พิเศษของบอทตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

• การซื้อหรือสนับสนุนทั้งหมดถือเป็นสิ้นสุด และไม่มีนโยบายการคืนเงิน (No Refund) ทุกกรณี เว้นแต่จะเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของระบบของบอทเอง

• หากผู้ใช้หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทำผิดกฎการใช้งานและถูกระงับสิทธิ์ (แบน) การเข้าถึงบริการ Premium ทั้งหมดจะถูกระงับทันทีโดยไม่มีการชดเชย

4. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ

ฟีเจอร์ คำสั่ง หรือบริการของบอท อาจมีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยุติการให้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ

5. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้

ผู้ใช้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานบอทภายในเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของตนเอง และผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการใช้งานดังกล่าว

6. การอัปเดตข้อตกลง

เราสามารถปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยการใช้งานต่อหลังมีการอัปเดต ถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงฉบับใหม่

By inviting or using this bot, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our bot to:

• Engage in illegal activities or support unlawful actions of any kind

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Spam messages, commands, or disrupt bot operations

• Harass, annoy, threaten, or harm other users

• Use the bot for scams, fraud, or malicious purposes

• Exploit, modify, reverse engineer, or abuse vulnerabilities in the bot without permission

• Use the bot in ways that negatively affect other users, communities, or our services

2. Right to Restrict Access

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or blacklist any user or server that violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Premium Services & Payments

• Premium subscriptions are voluntary upgrades to unlock special features of the bot for a specified duration.

• All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable, unless due to a technical error caused by the bot's system itself.

• If a user or server violates our Terms of Service and gets banned, their access to Premium services will be terminated immediately without compensation.

4. Service Changes

Bot features, commands, and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how the bot is used within their server and for any consequences resulting from such use.

6. Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
