While I will admit the inspiration to create a custom website came from JBTN, you may see similarities between websites because we use the same website builder; Google Sites. I will say though that I did not pick it purposefully because JBTN uses it, as I was unaware at the time that was what was being used. I only became aware of the equal usage of Google Sites working on this and recognizing the format.

The values are calculated as finely as possible to make the best, most accurate values. They are calculated off of the independent variables of the item, such as the requirements to obtain it, chance of obtaining it, and/or the stats of the item.
