My name is Jaiden Leverington, and I am a born and raised Arizona local. My decision to study and continue photography was motivated by my trips out of the country. I had an amazing time taking pictures on my trips to Japan and Germany. The urban environment was so interesting compared to Phoenix. These trips are the first examples of my love for architectural photography. I was taking pictures of all the interesting buildings I saw. 

Another event in life that inspires me was my hike down the Grand Canyon. My Dad and I stayed for three days and I got some incredible wildlife and nature photos. I would love to go again with an actual camera some time to get better photos. I love working outdoors and photographing interesting aspects of nature that we might not acknowledge as much as we should. 

Photography is such an interesting art form to me and I love to find those interesting compositions you might not catch at first glance. Finding interesting and unique photos is one of my favorite things about taking them. I strive to find the smaller details in life that we sometimes don’t acknowledge as much as we should to help us reflect on them.
