Hi, I'm Jahid Chowdhury Choton

I started my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Kansas State University back in 2021. I'm currently working with Dr. William Hsu in the Knowledge Discovery in Data Science (KDD) lab at Kansas State University. My research area is applications of reinforcement learning (RL) in cyber-physical systems, computer vision, and robotic applications. Here is our lab website: https://www.kddresearch.org/

Previously, I worked as a process engineer of mobile phone production at Walton Digi-tech Industries from 2018 to 2020, which is a renowned cellphone manufacturing brand in Bangladesh. 

I finished my Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. I did my thesis on the design and characterization of gallium nitride high electron mobility transistor (HEMT).
