Terms of Service

General Information

• I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Clients that have paid upfront will get priorty in my queue. Your spot in my queue is only reserved if you pay for your piece.

• All finished pieces will contain my watermark (@Jahgoda) and that watermark must never be edited out, removed, covered up, or cropped out unless otherwise specified by me.

• All pieces I make are DIGITAL. No physical items will be sent to you unless explicitly specified. Bridles and PHYSICAL badges are physical and will be sent accordingly.

Modification Requests

• When choosing artistic liberty or letting me choose any aspect of your piece, requested modifications to the corresponding aspect may come at an additional charge.

• Requesting modifications that do not align with the provided reference image(s) of the character may come at an additional charge. (ex. different color of hair than what is shown on the reference image provided)

• Modifications (excluding the above) come at no additional charge. I am always happy to modify a piece for you if it is not to your liking!

Useage Rights

• Clients (and clients only) may post or utilize their finished piece(s) as long as any sites posted on do not use posted images to feed artificial intelligence (AI) and credit to me is given in the form of a tag or by linking my website if I am not on the platform. Clients must credit me in order to utilize the piece online.

• Clients (and clients only) may utilize their finished piece(s) as personal use for physical items. Commercial use (selling) is not permitted. Please contact me if you would like to use your piece(s) as commercial use for selling.

• I have the right to post all my work at any stage. If you do not want your piece posted anywhere, please tell me BEFORE I start working.

Refund Policy for DIGITAL Pieces

• Piece not started = 100% refund

• Sketch started = 80% refund

• Lineart started = 40%

• Color started = 20% refund

• Shading started = 0% refund.

• If something comes up and I am unable to finish your piece, I will refund you with the corresponding percentages above at minimum.

• I am unable to offer refunds for PHYSICAL commissions once I have started.
