1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Jagsin Media Studio ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our Android photo, video and audio editing application.

Jagsin Media Studio does not require an account, login, or registration. All core features — photo resizing and compression, video trimming and export and audio trimming and export work fully offline on your device. Questions: info@jagsin.in

The Android package is com.jagsin.mediastudio.jagsin_media_studio. This app does not create an account, so there is no account to delete.

2. Information We Collect

• No accounts: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or login credentials.

• Local settings: Theme, text size and haptic feedback preferences are stored only on your device.

• Your media files: Photos, videos and audio files you choose to edit are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, view or store copies of your media anywhere. The App has no internet access permission at all.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide photo, video, and audio editing functions

• Remember your local appearance and accessibility settings

• Show a processing notification while a photo, video or audio export is running

• Respond to support emails you send us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads in this App. We do not use analytics or tracking of any kind.

4. Permissions

• Photos and media (Photos/Videos/Audio): required to let you pick a file to edit and to save the exported result back to your device's Downloads folder or gallery. Files are never sent off your device.

• Notifications: used only to show progress while a video or audio export is running in the background.

• Storage (older Android versions): required to save exported files to your Downloads folder on devices running Android 12 and below.

The App does not request or use internet access. It cannot send data anywhere even if it wanted to.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your settings remain on your device. Edited photos, videos and audio files are saved locally to your device's Downloads folder and/or gallery, entirely under your control. We do not operate user accounts, servers or cloud backups for this App. You can remove all local data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage in Android settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Jagsin Media Studio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
