Overall employee presence rate is 91.83%, indicating strong workplace attendance.
Around 10% of employees prefer working remotely, highlighting the importance of flexible work policies.
Sick leave percentage is 1.10%, suggesting good employee health and low absenteeism.
Monday: Highest presence rate (93.21%) showing strong start to the work week.
Tuesday: Similar high presence (93.03%).
Wednesday & Thursday: Stable attendance mid-week.
Friday: Slightly lower presence (90.19%).
Schedule important meetings and team activities on Mondays and Tuesdays when employee presence is highest.
Utilize Fridays for maintenance or flexible work schedules due to slightly lower attendance.
Implement or strengthen work-from-home policies to support employee flexibility.
Introduce employee wellness programs to maintain low absenteeism and improve workplace well-being.
