I am leading the Disaster Management Laboratory at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence. Our research group strives to develop innovative approaches and utilize advanced computational technologies to revolutionize societal resilience to natural hazards. We focus on various fundamental and applied aspects of natural hazards and disaster risk reduction, with the primary focus on GIS-based multi-hazard risk assessment and sustainable development.

I have research and consulting experience in seismic hazard analysis, ground motion selection, structural and geotechnical seismic response analysis, structural Vulnerability, and multi-hazard risk assessment. I have been teaching several PG and UG courses in the domain of structural engineering and geotechnical engineering including some university-wide elective courses.
