Jag Rai is the Co-Owener of Yaar Sports League. In his leadership, Jag oversees a variety of offerings, including basketball skill development, agility coaching, 3v3 competitions and seasonal leagues. Each program is built to improve player performance while encouraging teamwork, discipline and a love for the game. At every step of the way, Rai and his team are focused on one thing: improving athletic performance — often from within! Both an athletic development trainer and positive mindset coach, Rai knows firsthand just how important it is to set emphasis on the mind when training the body. Every sport is equal parts mental and physical game — and that’s what Yaar Sports League excels in focusing on!
Jag Rai designs sport-specific training plans that integrate speed and agility drills, plyometric exercises, functional movement training, and injury prevention strategies. His approach develops explosive power, flexibility and endurance — equipping players to excel during the season and maintain peak fitness in the off-season.
