Growing up, Greg always had a entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate. At an early age, his mom purchased him books about real estate investing and supported his vision.

After graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Greg began working for Cortland Partners as a project manager where he was responsible for managing the renovation of a apartment community with 400+ units.

Greg loves taking the neighborhood eye sore and rejuvenating it, making it the gem of the community.

He truly enjoys the ability to create and to revitalize communities.

Jessica Myers is a Real Estate Investor with JAG Holdings Group. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jessica has always been a connector of resources. With a long-standing career in Media Sales with CBS Corporation, she transitioned all of those resourceful skills to Real Estate in 2015.

After completing an extensive Real Estate Investors Course, she immediately jumped in and purchased 4 homes for renovation with the help of her mentor. Jessica learned so much through those transactions, from how to analyze the deal for maximum return, to developing strategies to work when things don’t always go as planned. She’s built a great team around her to help other investors navigate the intricate investing world here in Atlanta communities. She specializes in purchasing off market properties to ensure maximum return.

She’s excited to connect with investors to grow their capital in the Real Estate market.
