The International students Thespian Honor Society (ITS) is an honorary organization for high school and middle school theatre students located across America, Canada, and abroad. The mission of ITS is to honor student achievement in the theater arts. High school inductees are known as Thespians.
What is a thespian?
A thespian is a person who relates to theatre in performance, technicality or best interest.
How to become an inducted thespian?
You must acquire 10 points in order to be inducted and remain an active member.
Thais Garcia, our upperclassman clerk, and Bianca Ramos, our underclassman clerk, is in charge of point keeping and can answer any questions according to points and induction.
Drama Club is an extra-curricular activity for students in grades 9-12 at John A. Ferguson Senior High. The purpose of the Drama Club is to learn about acting, play production, and stage work culminating with a one act play and a spring musical each year. We have meetings every other Thursday.
