"What? - Describe what service you provided; what was the need? what was the event about?"

"So what? - Describe the outcome or results of your service. How did you feel about your service?"

"Now what? - Describe the changes or improvements you would make if you do this again"

Japan autumn festival
What: The japan autumn festival there was so many people from different cultures working together to serve everybody food ,drinks ,and entertainment. there was so much of the Japanese culture everywhere from the music ,performances ,food ,and people. I was serving ''ikayaki'' (grilled squid) with my other classmates kristiani and ciana.

So what; When I was packing the ikayaki i was lost because the chefs were talking in Japanese and I was very confused for the first 10 minutes while I was at the joinus both. I was comfortable when I was working because of all the fun we had with new people. i also was preparing the utensils for the food it was chopsticks and napkins.

Now what: The work experience was very educational I found out how  hard it was when rush hour happened. there was soo much people that were waiting in line for ikayaki and when the delay or the food happened we didn't know what to do we just stood there trying not to look at the customer because we felt bad. but we experienced pressure  and it was honestly fun i would love to go again

What we did at ritidian as a beach clean up along the shore.
