사회복지정책을 통해 우리 사회에 긍정적인 변화를 만들고자 고민하는 연구자 김재승입니다.
저는 고용 불안정과 일-가정 갈등이 근로자와 그 가족의 삶에 미치는 영향을 깊이 있게 탐구하며, 이들의 실질적인 웰빙(Well-being)을 증진할 수 있는 정책적 대안을 모색하고 있습니다.
단순한 현상 분석을 넘어, 근로자의 일상을 지탱하는 근로 환경과 보육 정책, 그리고 일-가정 양립 정책의 실효성을 높이는 데 주력합니다. 특히 우리 사회의 중대한 과제인 저출산 문제해결을 위해 노동과 보육 정책의 체계적인 평가 연구를 진행하여, 가족의 행복과 노동의 가치가 공존할 수 있는 사회를 만드는 데 연구적 역량을 집중하고 있습니다.
I am Jaeseung Kim, a researcher dedicated to fostering positive social change through social welfare policy.
My work is driven by a commitment to enhancing the well-being of vulnerable workers and their families within an increasingly complex labor market. My research mainly focuses on the profound impact of employment instability and work-family conflict on individuals and their household dynamics. I am commited to addressing the crisis of low birth rate by evaluating work-life balance (WLB) policies, supportive labor environments, and robust childcare systems that can enhance quality of life.
By combining rigorous academic analysis with real-world policy needs, I aim to establish a social foundation in which the value of labor and family can coexist in harmony.
