I welcome inquiries from PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers interested in exploring how organizations can better develop and evaluate innovation. If you're passionate about understanding human-AI collaboration and designing effective innovation frameworks, I'd love to hear from you. I'm particularly interested in researchers who bring expertise in field experiments, econometrics, machine learning, and large language models to study innovation processes across scientific research, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship.
