Welcome!
I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and am a Professor of Finance at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EESP), Brazil. My teaching spans both the undergraduate Economics program and the Professional Master’s and Doctorate in Economics (MPE/DPE), for which I also serve as Pedagogical Coordinator.
As FGV’s lead for Ripple’s University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI), I try to connect academic insight with industry practice. My research—funded by a Level 2 Productivity Fellowship (CNPq, 2023‑26)—investigates how crypto‑related corporate announcements influence markets and how investor heterogeneity shapes digital asset adoption.
