Model: I'll use the Kokiri Sword from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I chose this prop because it's the starter weapon from the game and very basic. It's a weapon the players use to fight off enemies and solve puzzles.
How: On Maya, I will use three cubes with edge-loops and extrude. I will Stretch the cubes and position them to look like a sword, Then I use edge loop and move, scale tools to shape the sword like in the picture.
Materials: I will use the UV map to create skins for the sword and hilt.
