My name Jacob Menschel is pronounced [ˈjaːkɔp ˈmɛnʃl̩], with some variation occuring related to my first name, which may also be pronounced [ˈjakʰɔp]. The origin of my last name presumably lies in Polish Menszel, as my great-grandparents originally came from Łódź. My Andoke name is dúuñékx 'water-feathers', which is pronounced [ˈdú(ʔ)uɲɛ̃́kɒ].
