I take a student-centered, multidimensional approach to teaching. I’ve worked with undergraduates, master’s students, and high school learners preparing for college, and I value creating inclusive environments where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but essential. Psychological safety is key to that environment, ensuring students feel comfortable sharing questions, concerns, and ideas. I teach with openness, support, and curiosity, and I believe strongly that everyone should see a place for themselves in academic spaces, regardless of background.
