I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Vassar College, and I’m actively seeking opportunities that advance human-centered design and research.
I hold a PhD in Data Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and my first-authored work has appeared in leading venues including ACM CHI, CSCW, Big Data & Society, and Social Media + Society. I also received a Best Paper Award in the Provocations track at ACM CUI 2025.
My research focuses on platform governance, online safety, and the effects of design and moderation in digital environments. Drawing on approaches from human-computer interaction and data science, my work informs ongoing debates around digital safety, regulation, and the societal impacts of AI.
I bring an interdisciplinary and grounded perspective to this work. In addition to my academic experience, I spent over three years at Amazon’s corporate offices and nearly two years during college at Toys "R" Us retail stores. As a first-generation college student, I studied at a community college, branch campuses, and a technological research institution. These experiences continue to shape my research and its connection to real-world impact.
