Jacob Cino began his deeper yoga journey by studying at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Kerala, India, in 1992.
His asana teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style, with a strong focus on vibrant breathwork—how the breath informs the practice. He also offers many styles of Yoga and movement including Chair Yoga, Resotrative Yoga, Yogalates and Mobility training. By observing the body’s senses and working from a place free of pain, the body can be strengthened, challenged, and transformed.
Jacob believes that change comes through consistent practice, and when the practice is enjoyed, we are more likely to return to it. Through yoga, he has found peace, and he is thankful to be able to share this goodness with others.
A bit of sweat, a bit of stretch, a calming of the mind, and a sweetening of the soul.
