POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Rig Manager: The rig manager is responsible for overseeing all operations on the rig, including drilling operations, safety, and maintenance.

2. Drilling Supervisor: The drilling supervisor is responsible for supervising drilling operations and ensuring that drilling targets are met safely and efficiently.

3. Driller: The driller is responsible for operating the drilling equipment and monitoring drilling operations.

4. Assistant Driller: The assistant driller supports the driller and is responsible for ensuring that the drilling equipment is functioning properly.

5. Derrick man: The derrick man is responsible for maintaining the drilling mud system and ensuring that drilling operations run smoothly.

6. Roughneck: The roughneck is responsible for handling drilling pipe and other equipment.

7. Roustabout: The roustabout is responsible for general maintenance and cleaning on the rig.

8. Electrician: The electrician is responsible for maintaining the electrical systems on the rig.

9. Mechanic: The mechanic is responsible for maintaining the mechanical systems on the rig.

10. Safety Officer: The safety officer is responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on the rig and that the rig complies with all safety regulations.
