I've written episodes for the podcast channel, Galactic Punch Bowl, and their various audio comedies. Including Space Hotel and The Adventures of Livia Stargaze.

During the pandemic, I worked for IDEO Studios and wrote scripts for their series Ella's Magic Land and The Juniper Tree. I would take the outlines they provided me, use the series bible as reference, and turn them into scripts. Occasionally, I would pitch ideas of my own that made it into a few episodes.

For the second round of the NYC Midnight Screenwriting Competition 2020, I was given a prompt to craft a story with the following elements: Comedy, a lottery, and a dogwalker. From there I thought to myself: what would be the worst dog someone could walk? Then it hit me: Cerberus. From there I constructed a little narrative and took inspiration from the structure of Pixar shorts to set up the following script. The submitted script advanced me to the final round.
Logline: Andrea arrives in the afterlife and is selected by lottery to serve as the dog walker for Cerberus. She quickly learns that taking Cerberus for walks will be the least of her issues.
Done on a whim, I produced, edited, wrote, and voice acted in a program called Can Columbo Crack the Case? An experimental podcast where I examine famous murders in works of fiction by presenting a narrative where Lieutenant Columbo from the series Columbo is inserted into said work and attempts to solve the crime. I analyze whether or not the crime could have been solved naturally if not for the contrivances of the story.
What a Riff Off is a web series that pays homage to shows like Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Rifftrax where I poke fun at vintage public domain shorts and commercials with fellow students from Futures Explored. In addition to selecting the videos, I write a majority of the jokes, edit the videos, and manage recording sessions.
Inspired by the comedy podcast, My Brother, My Brother, and Me, I drew an animatic based off of audio from episode 207, "Thank Travis For Travis". I set up a shot list and started drawing using the Autodesk Sketchbook program, then shifted to Adobe Photoshop, assembled the footage on Adobe Premiere Pro, and exported the project to Adobe Media Encoder.
Pilgrims' Last Stand is a short film following two groups of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world forced to share a settlement over Thanksgiving. Unless they put aside their differences and learn to appreciate what little they have left, neither groups will survive.
This was my first short film that I successfully pitched to Futures Explored. I served as the head writer on the script, stills photographer between takes, and scripty when the camera was rolling.
To see if I could complete a feature spec script, I wrote a two hour script about the DC Comic's character, Batman, and how I would envision his origin movie.
Tagline: Billionaire Bruce Wayne seeks to avenge his parents murder by protecting the city of Gotham as the masked vigilante, Batman. With the police on his tail, the mafia bringing in deranged inventor to stop him, and a sinister scientist drugging innocents with a frightening hallucinogen, Batman will prove that he is worthy to be his city's defender?

For the first round of the NYC Midnight Screenwriting Competition 2021, I was tasked with writing a script with the following elements: a romantic comedy featuring a grandparent and a grudge. Initially, I thought of having a grandfather try to make amends with an old flame but settled on a story about George and Matt developing feelings for one another while George's grandpa gets in their way. Due to a grudge he holds against Matt's grandmother. I submitted the story and passed the first round.
For the final round of the NYC Midnight Screenwriting Competition 2020, I was only given two story elements for my final prompt: a disappearance and a trainer. I was free to choose the genre but given 24 hours to write a 5-page script. I decided a comedic script would work for a five minute format and I decided to center the story around the hosts of a true crime podcast. I put a dark twist on it and thought it would be funny if they accidentally caused the disappearance via time travel. After waiting a month for the results, I got fifth place.
When I entered the NYC Midnight Screenwriting Competition, I was given a prompt in the first round to craft a story with the following elements: horror, a golf club, and a patriarch. I was given five days to write the script and not only did I finish it but I was selected to advance to the second round.
The logline was thus: After witnessing a horrible incident at a country club , an employee is confronted by one of the club's members who tests his loyalty.
To demonstrate my writing prowess, I wrote a spec script for the animated series Steven Universe. While writing, I did my best to imitate the show's style and characterization along with the method of which it teaches lessons to the viewer.
Power Move is set in a world where 20 years ago, an unnatural event in five remote locations around the world gifted people with superpowers, bringing about superheroes and super villains, government agencies meant to control them, and a rise in organized crime. Now, five teens will be granted powers and the chance to join the ranks of the world's greatest protectors and discover what it means to be a hero.
The series will shift between the five protagonists' perspectives. Grow Bro, a timid, over-analytical people pleaser that can transform into a giant or enlarge specific parts of his body at the cost of his rationality. Pixie, an anime-loving, sheltered daughter of a governor that possesses wings and produces glitter that she can use to levitate and move anything she puts it on. Richochet (WIP), a protective, parkour enthusiast with a rubber body allowing him to bounce around like a bouncy ball. Yeti, a tough, furry, distant girl raised in an orphanage that keeps people at a distance and quick to act. Shadowplay, a cocky, devious thief that makes a living off of selling superhero/supervillain memoriabilia who can transform into a living shadow and blend into the darkness, as well as overshadow people.
This is a superhero series that I hope to one day make into a show but for now it is still in development with seven seasons planned. At the moment I have a novelization of the pilot episode posted on Fictionpress below and a script format to the left.
In April 2020, I was brought on as a list article writer for the website Comic Book Resources. I was tasked with writing list-based articles on pop culture ranging from comic books to animation. Once I familiarized myself with the Wordpress and Asana, I researched the backlog of content from various franchises and submitted dozens of articles for the website. In addition I searched for and cropped images to the precise ratio using Croppolo and PhotoJoiner and properly formatted the backlinks.
One of my instructor's assigned me to edit Karina's Dance Party - Lion King Dance Cover, an interpretive dance video set to music from The Lion King. It was a daunting task, considering that the dancers improvised their choreography every take but I believe I did a good job cutting the footage together to make it consistent and in sync with the music.

Interface is a cautionary tale about a programmer that keeps getting turned down for promotions and is unable to provide for his girlfriend. So he agrees to participate in an experiment that allows him to operate technology with his mind. As his computing improves, he grows distant from his friends and becomes addicted to technology. He must decide which he loves more.
This was the first script that I wrote single-handedly and it went through multiple revisions. In addition to being the writer, I also co-edited the film. Currently it is in post production.
In my free time, I've dabbled in writing short stories based off of Twitter story prompts.
