After being captured and held in a mental institution, Steven Detmer, with his telepathic and telekinetic powers, has been tasked to find confidential documents about other individuals who share his powers. But as he begins his mission, so does a private military contractor who is desperate for those same documents. As they fight for dominance, chaos ensues within the institution.
