This Kagoshima Wagyu holds an A5 marble score and has been trimmed of all excess fat leaving only the very best part that this magical beef has to offer.
Each pack is recommended to share between 2 people and has been cut in a way that you can cut into 3 or 4 fingers and cook on all 4 sides, or cubed and cooked on all 6 sides. Low to medium heat and medium rare is the best. Serve it up with a pile of salt for dipping and rich glass of red wine and it will be a meal you will remember for the rest of your life!
