1. Overview
Jackpot Time Slots (“App”) is a simulated slots game for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, or cash prizes.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on device / OS / Google Play services, the App may collect or process:
• Device or other IDs (including Advertising ID and Android ID)
• Basic install / update metadata provided by Google Play
• Local on-device settings and game progress (sound settings, age confirmation, virtual token balance)
This version does not integrate Firebase, Adjust, AdMob, or other advertising/analytics SDKs. Crash / diagnostic logs and attribution SDKs are not enabled in the current release.
3. How We Use Information
• Provide and improve the App
• Store local progress and settings on your device
• Support Advertising ID readiness for future attribution (permission declared only)
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance
• Comply with legal and Google Play policy requirements
4. Advertising ID (AD_ID)
The Android manifest may declare com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID. AD_ID / Device or other IDs may be used for analytics readiness, advertising attribution readiness, measurement, and fraud prevention in future versions. This release does not integrate Firebase, Adjust, or AdMob. The App does not use this data to sell your personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with or processed by:
• Google Play / Google LLC (distribution and related platform services)
• Device manufacturers / OS services as required by the platform
No Firebase or Adjust data sharing occurs in this release because those SDKs are not integrated.
6. Data Retention
Local game progress is stored on-device. If you later enable analytics/attribution services, related data would be retained according to those providers’ settings and policies, and for as long as needed for analytics, attribution, security/fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described in section 12A below.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Do not use the App if you are under the applicable age.
8. Simulated Gambling Disclaimer
Tokens, bets, spins and wins are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. No real money gambling occurs in the App.
9. International Users
By using the App you understand data may be processed in countries where Google Play infrastructure operates.
10. Your Choices
• Reset or limit Advertising ID in Android Settings
• Uninstall the App to remove local on-device data
• Contact us to request deletion of your data (see section 12A)
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

We will delete or request deletion of Device or other IDs and related data associated with your use of the App from our systems where available, usually within 30 days. Some limited records may be kept longer only if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
