I am a current student at Smithfield-Selma High School in the graduating class of 2024. Most of my hobbies consist of the creative side of things, such as drawing, reading, or innovating. I am involved in the IB Career-related Program, and I plan to continue to do so until I graduate. I hope to attend a four-year college after transferring from a community college.
Building up presentation, business, and life skills
Enrolling in community college courses
Expand my knowledge of other cultures, as well as my own
Utilize my time wisely in order to optimize the opportunities given to me
After being informed about the IBCP Program, I instantly knew which pathway I wanted to go for. I have always been indecisive with my professional life, but I knew that I wanted to be around like-minded people that are able to express themselves like me.
Over the course of my IBCP journey, I was able to explore and cover many components involved in enhancing my personal and professional skills. This means that I had many opportunities to engage in various cultures, service learning, and language development. It was a fascinating process where I gathered skills and experiences to prepare for my future career.
