Jack will perform with the orchestra as solo pianist for Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3, and unveil an original tribute composition: "Ode to Beethoven."

Last Sunday of the Month - Ballarat Art Gallery Concert
Jack performed a recital featuring his LMusA (Licentiate of Musicianship Australia) AMEB Programme, opening with an overture of the first movement of Grieg's Piano Concerto, and an impeccable rendition of Arturo Marquez's "Danzon No. 2", transcribed for Solo Piano. He also performed one of his compositions "Never Truly Apart".

Ballarat Heritage Festival
In conjunction with the Ballarat Heritage Festival and the Gallery Women's Association, Jack performed to a captivated audience, featuring works by Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Gershwin and some of his original works.

Top Class Music Concert / VCE VET Music 2017
Jack had the honour of performing in the world-class Melbourne Recital Centre as part of Top Class Music. He performed his composition 'The Night's Lullaby' from his VCE VET programme in 2016.

Top Class Sounds Concert at Melba Hall
Yesterday marked a huge occasion in the musical journey of Jack Stacey. Performing as part of the Top Class Sounds concert at the Melba Hall at the University of Melbourne, not only did Jack play his composition "Nightfall's Lament" magnificently, Jack was awarded the '2017 Margaret Schofield Music Scholarship for Composition'. This scholarship will support Jack as he commences his first year of a Bachelor of Music through the University of New England. Congratulations Jack on this wonderful achievement!

Ballarat SongWays Music Festival
Jack opened the Sunday session of the SongWays Music Festival, performing on the baby grand piano in The Main Bar. In his afternoon act, he played a short set of Jazz Standards including some of his original jazz material.

"Inspirations" Concert, presented by Daphne Proietto
This concert made an appearance on 60 Minutes Australia at the Doris Daniel Theatre (Burwood, Melbourne) as part of a program of teaching music to students with special needs.
Here, Jack performed his piano trio composition "Blesse" (Hurt) with Claire on Violin and Rebecca on Cello.
