These terms and conditions apply to the Jabster : GLP-1 Tracker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by 9FT Apps Inc (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Application.
You are not permitted to:
Copy, modify, or redistribute the Application or any part of it.
Extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative works.
Use the Service Provider’s trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Any future charges for services within the Application will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application may process limited, anonymized, or aggregated information as described in the Privacy Policy. This is solely to provide, improve, and maintain the Service. The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security features and cause the Application to not function properly.

The Service Provider is not responsible if your device runs out of battery, preventing access to the Application.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, no liability is accepted for losses, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on its functionality.
The Application may be updated periodically. You agree to accept all updates provided to ensure continued functionality.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application or terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
Your rights and licenses under these Terms will end.
You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
