'Prewitt Method' and 'Bounding Box Method' are used in order to find the edges and segregate the number plate portion as well as individual characters. After combining the characters, it will match with pre-registered number plate and either give or deny access.

The main objective of this project is to design and implement a calculator with 5 bases which means it has two inputs from 0 to 4 with an operator implemented in the circuit and output is the result that occurred by that particular operation.
