Fees

PARTICIPATION FEE - $350.00

Each participant is required to pay a fee that will help to offset the cost of her personal development activities and necessary items. While the fee does not pay for everything, it does help offset the cost of some expenses. Some of the expenses covered include gowns, cultural outings and refreshments during rehearsals and other activities, materials and printing. The participation fee is due and payable in full by October 14, 2025 (postmark date, no hand delivery permitted). The “participation fee” is non-refundable. If you do not have the required grade point average (GPA) or if you drop out of the program for any reason after you have paid, you will not receive a refund. This decision is final.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

All monies presented for deposit are non-refundable.
The fee for participation in Jabberwock 2026 is $350 (Check)/$361.45 (PayPal). The entire

balance must be paid electronically or received at the address listed below no later than

Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

Checks and money orders should be payable to “Wilmington (DE) Alumnae Chapter-DST"

with “Participant Fee - (Name)” in the memo line. No postdated checks will be accepted.

The fee for participation can also be paid through PayPal to @wdacdst or Wilmington DE

Alumnae DST. If you choose to use PayPal, the fee is $361.45 to account for the processing

fees. Be sure to include the participant’s name in the note section.

A money tracking sheet must be completed and submitted each time monies are collected.

The only exception is for the participation fee; no money tracking sheet is required for this

transaction.

A $25 fee will be deducted from your total amount for each returned check. Credit points

will not be given for returned checks!

Please do not mail any additional monies, ads, tickets, or other information to Wilmington

(DE) Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. All monies, ads or tickets must be

turned in at one of the scheduled collection dates with a money tracking sheet. No partial

ad payment will be accepted. The full amount is due at the time an ad is submitted.
