Newsletter

As a part of my project, I have collaborated with my band teacher, Mrs. Buckelew, and my guidance counselor, Ms. Polizzi, to create a weekly series called the JAMS Mindfulness Newsletter. This is a newsletter for students at my middle school with helpful resources to manage mental health and stay positive. There will be new updates each Friday to help students wind down at the end of each week, relax during the weekend, and prepare for the days of school to come.
