To secure your position on our boutique schedule, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Credit Toward Service: This is not an extra fee; the full $50 is applied to your final invoice on the day of your detail.
Serious Commitment: This deposit signals that you value our specialized time as much as we value your vehicle’s preservation.
Payment Methods: We currently accept deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp to keep the process efficient and low-overhead.
🛡️ The J3 Finish Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable, but as a boutique service, a "no-show" is a direct hit to our ability to fund our future shop.
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the $50 deposit is forfeited to cover our administrative and lost-opportunity costs.
Weather Clause: In the event of typical San Antonio thunderstorms or extreme heat that prevents a "technical finish," we will reschedule you at no additional cost and your deposit will remain fully protected.
