OUR PARTNERS

The George Washington University East Asia National Resource Center (NRC) promotes the understanding of diverse perspectives in the study of East Asia among students, K-12 educators, minority-serving institutions, policymakers, military veterans, journalists, and the general public. In addition, the NRC supports the study of East Asian languages by providing funding for language classes and teacher training workshops.  The NRC is located in the Eliot School of International Affairs; it is funded by a federal Title VI grant and is managed by the Sigur Center for International Studies and the George Washington Institute for Korean Studies. As part of the NRC’s language outreach program, the NRC partners with K-12 educators to provide additional learning opportunities outside of the classroom.  The East Asia NRC is pleased to provide continued support for the Junior Japan Bowl.
