When you use the Extension, we only collect the absolute minimum information required for the service to function:

• Google Account Email: Used solely to authenticate your account and manage your subscription tier (Free, Basic, Pro).

• Google Sheets Data: We request permission to create and edit Google Sheets on your behalf. We do NOT read, store, or access any other files in your Google Drive.

• Payment Information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Extension's core features (e.g., exporting sourcing data to your Google Sheet).

• To manage your subscription status and daily AI scan limits.

• To improve the AI risk scanner functionality.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

J-Flip Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only write data (item title, price, risk result, URL) to the specific spreadsheet created by the Extension.

• We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google Sheets data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For secure user authentication and storing your subscription plan.

• Stripe: For secure payment processing and subscription management.

• Google Gemini AI: For analyzing item descriptions to detect potential risks. The text analyzed is not used by Google to train their foundational models.
