REGISTRATION

To register, please download the form below, fill it out and then email it to Dr. Alexandra Petrunina (as.savchenko1@gmail.com) by 15 May, 2019. Please be advised that if you register as a student, proof of enrollment (e.g., a copy of your student I.D. card, a letter of enrollment from the admissions office or a letter from your supervisor) MUST be included with the completed form. If you elect to use your student I.D. card, then the card must show that you will be enrolled after August 2019. If your card does not have an explicit date on it, it must indicate in some way that you will be enrolled for the second half of the 2019 school year. An I.D. card that only contains the date you started school is unacceptable.

NOTE: The workshop organisers strongly advise all participants to select the "Registration plus round-trip train ticket" option. By doing so, your train ticket will be purchased by the local organiser in advance, and as such, guarantees that you will share the small, 4-person train compartment with other participants instead of strangers.

Registration (and train ticket) payment:

• For foreign participants, please be prepared to pay Dr. Petrunina in CASH (Rubles) for the registration fee and applicable train ticket upon arrival at the Moscow Leningradsky Railway Station on 26 August, 2019. A receipt can be provided upon request.
• For Russian participants, Dr. Petrunina will make arrangements with you to pay the registration fee and applicable train ticket in advance.
