To ensure high publication standards, please carefully review the following requirements:
Thematic Alignment: The article must correspond to one of the declared conference topics.
Language: Manuscripts are published in English. Submissions in either English or Russian are accepted (Russian-language articles will be translated into English for an additional fee of 9,000 RUB).
Structure: Mandatory sections include Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. An Acknowledgments section may be included if necessary.
Length: Minimum 10–12 pages in the publisher's template (excluding references). Figures and tables should not exceed 25% of the total article length.
Authorship: The recommended number of authors is no more than 5.
The recommended manuscript length for publication in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems is at least 30,000 characters (including spaces).
Submissions shorter than 20,000 characters (including spaces) will not be considered.
The total count includes the main text, tables, and figures but excludes the bibliography, title page, and abstract.
This requirement ensures sufficient scientific depth and topic development, aligning with international standards for publications of this caliber.
File Format: Microsoft Word.
Layout: Must follow the publisher’s template (see template and instructions). Layout assistance by editors is available for a fee of 2,800 RUB.
Illustrations: Diagrams and tables are permitted but must be embedded within the text.
Abstract: 100–200 words.
Bibliography: Minimum 10 references, primarily to articles from international journals.
Citation: Self-citation or citations of individual authors should not exceed one reference per author or publication.
Originality: At least 85% (excluding references).
Plagiarism Check: All submissions undergo mandatory plagiarism screening via iThenticate.
Peer Review: Double-blind peer review is applied.
Licensing Agreement: All authors must review and sign the licensing agreement, submitted in PDF format upon article acceptance.
Third-Party Content: Defined as any material not originally created by the author (e.g., text excerpts, figures, photos, screenshots). Special attention must be paid to recognizable faces, logos, trademarks, and content from agencies or the internet. Permission for reuse must be provided using the template in the "Templates" section.
Cite each author only once, regardless of their role in the submission.
Cite each publication only once.
Avoid referencing publications from the same publisher (e.g., in EPJ Web of Conferences, do not cite E3S Web of Conferences).
Do not use "et al." to conceal author names; list all authors in full.
Include surnames and initials of all authors in bibliographic entries.
Ensure references are complete, accurate, and directly cited in the text.
Prefer recent and relevant sources aligned with the research topic.
Include DOI where available.
Follow the citation style required by the publisher.
Focus: Describe the actual work performed.
Structure: Begin with "This study/research..." Minimum 5 sentences, maximum 200 words.
Language: Use active verbs (e.g., analyzed, investigated, identified, studied, determined, established, formulated, proposed, developed, substantiated, presented).
Content: Summarize the article, avoiding conclusions or justification of relevance.
The article must incorporate elements of computer science or mathematics (e.g., models, schematics, methodologies, logic diagrams, programming languages, cryptography, architectures).
