Incarnate Word Catholic School Lunch Program

You should pay in advance for future lunches.  Just Venmo or send a check for any amount and it will be posted to your account.  As your child/children receives lunch we will draw down from that amount.

I will provide a hot lunch if a student does not have a meal and then bill the parents later. In addition, you will not be charged for ordered food if your student is absent. I delete those charges. Payments can be made via Venmo (preferred) or by personal check delivered to the school office (see further down the page for payment details)                             -- Thank you, Lisa.  lfinkenkeller@incarnate-word.org

Basic process for ordering lunches: 1) Choose the week from the buttons above. 2) Fill out the form with your email address, your STUDENT'S name, and the student's grade, then make choices for each day of that week. 3) Submit the form. You will receive an email copy of your order for your records. 4) Send payment to me via Venmo or check, either for the amount you ordered or an amount above that that I can draw down over time as your student gets more lunches. 5) When your student gets lunch, I will charge your family's account (in our own system. I do not use FACTS at all.). Please see all the details in the letter.
