Instructions

In order to give the best possibility of this workshop, we ask that all presenters make sure to follow the instructions below.

If you have any queries about your presentation, please contact the conference organizers at weibang1108@gmail.com, han.nguyen.dhsptn@gmail.com.

- The detailed schedule of the conference will be announced on the website in November.

- Presenters should send the abstract of the presentation to weibang1108@gmail.com, han.nguyen.dhsptn@gmail.com by 24 June, 2022 at the latest.

Instructions for attending presenters

- Please arrive 15 minutes at least before your session starting time in order to set up (and coordinate) your presentations in a timely manner.

- Please don’t forget to take an extra copy of your presentation to the conference (USB-stick and/or send it to your Gmail address) and ensure that your presentation is saved in either a PDF or *.ppt / *.pptx format.
