Paper format
Submitting papers should be formatted with the following paper templates (Springer Computer Science Proceedings format).

Paper type: IW-FCV2021 accepts the following two paper types.
Full paper: 12-15 pages
Short paper: 1-8 pages

The organizing committee publishes the post-workshop proceedings of IW-FCV 2021 as a Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series after the workshop. The post-workshop proceedings will include only high quality papers selected by reviewers.
The condition under which a paper is subject to peer review for inclusion in the post-workshop proceedings are as follows:
The paper must be a full paper (12-15 pages) which contains original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
In addition, in order for a paper to be included in the post-workshop proceedings, it must:
be presented at the workshop by at least one author.
The post-workshop proceedings will be included in Springer Link Digital Library. And workshop attendees have free access for four weeks after the post-workshop proceedings are published.
Authors should consult Springer's authors' guidelines and use their proceedings templates for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. Please kindly refer to the editorial policies webpage and note the importance of this.

In the easy chair platform When you login into your account do the following:
1. click on view
2. Then a page comes so at the top right corner click on the update file
3. then on this page, click on upload file and upload your camera-ready PDF and click submit,
In this way, your old PDF will be updated with the new camera-ready final paper.

PREPARING YOUR VIDEO PRESENTATION:
We request you to prepare a video of your presentation, comprised of a brief introduction with webcam, if desired, followed by voice over slides for your presentation. This will be considered as a replacement of your attendance at the conference, and is a requirement for your paper publication.
In order for videos to be verified by the technical program committee, there is considerable urgency in preparing your video. Accordingly, we ask you that you please finalize and send us your video by Tuesday, February 17th 2021.
There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record your presentation. You may use any meeting software as long as you get a high-quality recording and your final file is in MP4 format.
Our recommended approach to record a compatible video from content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone, is to record the presentation using Zoom, available to users on most platforms and in most countries:

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING YOUR VIDEO:
Oral papers: duration 15 minutes (max) (12 min video, 3 min Q&A), limited to 150MB file size
Poster papers: duration 5 minutes (max), limited to 150MB file size
Video file format: mp4
Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
As a reminder, we ask you that you please finalize your video by February 17th, 2021. Videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows. We thank you for your cooperation in this endeavor.
Note*: The assignment of oral and poster papers are done on the basis of reviewers scores.
TIPS FOR RECORDING:
1. Use as quiet an area as possible
2. Avoid areas that have echo
3. Rooms should be fairly small
4. Sound dampening with carpeting, curtains, furniture
5. Hardline internet connection recommended, but if unavailable, a strong Wi-Fi connection
6. Good headset with microphone close to mouth BUT away from direct line of mouth to reduce “pops”. Avoid using default built-in microphone on computer.
7. Perform a test recording of a couple of minutes and review the sound and picture quality, MP4 format, and bit rate before recording the entire presentation. Make adjustments if needed.

Please follow the instructions below to send us your pre-recorded video presentations
a. Please contact (iwfcv2021@gmail.com) and reference your paper ID number, paper title and authors names.
b. Attach your presentation video in mp4 format (max of 150MB is allowed, PDF of your presentation slides and your MS Teams account.
Important: We request our conference participants to make accounts on MS Teams so that on the conference day they will be included to watch the live conference session.
Please finalize and send your video by *February 17th, 2021*. Videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows.
