It’s time for connection and creativity. After a long period of isolation caused by COVID-19, we shall come together to bridge the social distance through community, humanity, science, and art. We are pleased to announce that IWCCGA 2023 and ISCC 2023 have been extended to a half-day event on September 19th, 2023 (Tuesday) in Joshibi University of Art and Design (166-0012 Tokyo, Suginami City, Wada, 1Chome-49-8, Japan ). There are THREE (3) different submission categories:
(1) Regular Papers (8 pages, file format in pdf, ACM Reference Format)
(2) Short Papers (2-4 pages, file format in pdf, ACM Reference Format)
(3) Digital Painting (1 page, A3, 300dpi, CMYK, file format in pdf format)
