Presentation Instructions

Each Full Paper is assigned to one of the oral sessions, and each Short Paper and Work-in-Progress (WiP) Paper is assigned to one of the poster sessions.

Oral Presentation Instructions

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes: 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A. They must introduce themselves to the session chair prior to the start of their session and test the connection between their laptop and the projector. Make sure that the presentations do not exceed the given time limit. Speakers who exceed the time limit may be asked to stop their presentations. 

Speakers will use their own laptop. The projectors will be setup for 16:10 format (1920×1200 native) and will have HDMI connectors. Windows OS is recommended; those using Mac laptops should bring their own conversion connectors.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Each poster will be provided with an A0 portrait size panel. No poster template is specified. The location of each poster will be specified by the presentation ID (PS*-*). Poster presenters must have their posters on the poster board by the start of the session. Presenters must be at their posters during the poster session.
