The modern annex apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Rivington/Haigh Hall/Astley Park are all within a short drive away from Ivy House.
The space
The self contained guest apartment benefits from a spacious kitchen/lounge/diner with integrated cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer.
The bedrooms can be set as king size beds or two single beds and all have ensuite bathrooms attached.
The apartment can be rented as a whole or split into individual units/rooms. It has two private access doors and has sole use of the side garden and patio furniture.
Guest access
Guests can choose a meet and greet service or a self check in lock box is also available for flexible check ins.
Other things to note
Please note this self contained apartment has private entrance and garden but is attached to our family home. By booking you agree to our quiet hours between 11pm-7am.
