If you are an installer who is using iVMS-4500 App and HiDDNS services, you can add devices to Hik-ProConnect portal and App to provide remote operation, maintenance and management services for your customers.

The USB3.0 HD acts as the PCNVR (I have no idea why they don't let you record locally yet) by running Storage Server application and IVMS4200 simultaneously. It works and I'm able to view remote playback on IVMS-4500

I always feel like giving back if anyone wants to solve issues you can piggy back off me. All I had to do was move one of the cameras that was on port 80 to a different port and put the PCNVR back to port 80 and the HIkvision 4500 (not HD) works flawlessly with playback.

I've recently run into an issue with a customer who had saved video from IVMS-4500 to the "Picture & Video" portion of their app. Since this recording, the DVR has overwritten that footage, so it is all that remains. She's now attempting to extract that footage and make it deliverable/transferable. We all know Hik isn't famous for their software, but overall the IVMS app is pretty user-friendly. I can't, however, determine a good way to extract footage from the "Picture and Video" portion of the app.

Edit: I keep seeing on my Alarm Information in the DVR itself "illegal Login" like someone is trying to log onto my cameras and that's clearly not me because the cameras are already set on my IVMS 4500 app. How can I change the IP address? ff782bc1db
