The town is home to a growing population spread across its seaside communities, with tourism forming the backbone of its economy. The nearest international gateway is Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), located approximately 58 km away (around an hour’s drive), making Port Dickson a convenient seaside destination for both domestic and international visitors.
