Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

To submit your camera-ready version, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Final Revised Version:

   • Use the correct template (Word or LaTeX).

   • Upload the paper via https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AVSS2024.

2. Include Copyright Notice:

   • Add the appropriate copyright notice based on author affiliation.

3. Check PDF File Compliance:

   • Use IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: 61716X).

4. Complete Copyright Transfer:

   • Fill out the copyright transfer form.

5. Ensure Paper Requirements and Deadlines:

   • Upload by 23:59, May 31, 2024, AoE (Anywhere on Earth).

   • Paper length: Up to 8 pages, including references.

   • At least one author must register at the full (non-student) rate.

Note: Papers not presented at the conference will be excluded from the proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
